Masinde Muliro University of Science and Technology’s (MMUST) medical students have been sensitized on areas of electives, internships, and future employment prospects by a delegation of internship coordinators and representatives from the Christian Hospitals Association of Kenya (CHAK). This engagement, which took place on Wednesday 10th September, 2025, aimed at providing the students with crucial real-world context and a strategic advantage to help them make informed decisions about their careers, align their academic pursuits with professional realities, and build a foundational network. The Delegates paid a courtesy call to the Vice Chancellor’s office, before proceeding to the engagement sessions with the students. They were received by the Deputy Vice Chancellor Administration and Finance, Prof. John Kuria Thuo, who was standing in for the Vice Chancellor- Prof. Solomon Shibairo.
